Your Tasks

• Safety first! - You take care of your safety and health and that of your colleagues
• Further development of the Zipfer brand in close cooperation within the team
• Co-responsibility for all marketing activities (especially brand strategy, communication, innovation, activation in all relevant channels and operational agency management)
• Brand performance and budget responsibility to ensure sustainable profit and market share growth
• Regular market, competitor, and consumer analyses, including strategic recommendations for action.
• Close cooperation with internal and external partners (e.g. Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Creative Agencies, Media Agency etc.)

Our Requirements

• Completed business studies with relevant specialization
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in the FMCG sector (especially beverages, esp. beer, wine, spirits) is a great advantage
• Enthusiasm for brand management and creativity
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, audiences, and media touchpoints
• (Agile) project management skills
• High enthusiasm, assertiveness, and a desire to shape things
• Flexible, open personality with a high degree of goal and results orientation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Consumer and customer-centric thinking and acting with a high degree of solution orientation
