Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on IT Network/Broadcast Systems Engineer to support and maintain technology environments that power live production and event operations. This role blends traditional IT infrastructure support with real-time broadcast engineering, requiring someone who can operate effectively in high-pressure, live environments. Candidates must bring strong networking expertise and proven experience managing broadcast systems and live production workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, deploy, and support integrated technology solutions that enable live broadcast production and event execution
  • Provide direct technical support for live events, including setup, troubleshooting, and teardown of broadcast and production systems
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system, network, and application issues to ensure uninterrupted operations during live broadcasts
  • Manage identity, access, and security configurations across enterprise systems, including Active Directory and cloud-based platforms
  • Administer and maintain hybrid email environments, ensuring reliability and performance across on-prem and cloud services
  • Act as an escalation point for junior support staff, guiding resolution of advanced technical issues
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and provide coverage for live events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Execute change management processes and communicate system updates, incidents, and resolutions in real time

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems is required
  • 7+ years working with live media production and/or broadcasting is required
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Demonstrated experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
  • Proficiency in documentation tools for technical diagrams and system design
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability with a calm, methodical approach in high-pressure situations
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive systems and data

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both execution and documentation
