Our client in the retail space is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in supply chain and forecasting to strengthen operational efficiency and demand planning. This role requires expertise in forecasting methodologies and supply chain optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze forecasting processes and supply chain data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Develop and refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support implementation of supply chain systems and tools.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance inventory management, demand planning, and logistics performance.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain management.
• Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and demand planning.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
