Senior Business Analyst (Chapter Lead) – AI Solutions

Role Overview

As part of the expansion of its AI Solutions division within the Credit, Finance, Compliance & AI Solutions domain, the organisation is accelerating the deployment of generative AI solutions across global operations.

You will work transversally across multiple AI squads (GenAI Platform, Client 360, AI for IT, Speech Analytics) to:

• Drive business analysis & AI integration
• Ensure cross-squad consistency & quality
• Align business needs, technology, and compliance constraints

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse Front/Middle/Back Office processes & identify AI use cases
• Define target operating models embedding AI
• Collaborate with Business, Data Science, IT & Compliance teams
• Support AI strategy, prioritization & transformation roadmap
• Own backlog, user stories & Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Senior Business Analyst experience in complex environments
• Good understanding of banking operations (Private Banking/Wealth preferred)
• Exposure to Generative AI / data-driven transformation projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Data, Compliance)
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies
• Strong communication, structuring & stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English & French

• Employment Type: Contract
• Duration: 2-3 Years (Long termed Engagement)
