Senior Business Analyst

Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale template migration project.

The role involves supporting the project team in daily operations while independently managing the collection, analysis and preparation of information and documentation required for migrating across multiple languages (German, French, Italian, English).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing templates and assess migration requirements
• Prepare and structure all necessary information for template migration
• Collaborate closely with business experts to gather requirements and refine templates
• Work alongside experienced project team members and stakeholders
• Coordinate with external template designers to ensure correct migration
• Support requirements documentation
• Assist in quality assurance prior to business testing
• Provide support during business testing phases when required
• Assist the Project Manager with BA-related activities (e.g., workshops, training sessions, communication, reporting, monitoring)
• Create and manage JIRA tickets
• Work independently with a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Requirements

• CPRE Advanced Level certification (IREB)
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Higher education degree (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent)

Additional Qualifications

• Experience or certification in: Testing
• Experience or certification in: Agile methodologies
• Experience or certification in: Docucom
• Relevant experience in public administration

Language Skills

• German: Minimum C1 (CEFR)
• French: Minimum B1 (CEFR)

Work Setup

• On-site presence: 40-60%
• Remote work: 40-60% (depending on project phase)
• Remote work is only permitted within Switzerland

Additional Requirements

• Residence in Switzerland or valid C residence permit required at time of application
