Overview

The Marketing Enablement Technology group is seeking a Sr. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Business Analyst. The Marketing Enablement Technology group is responsible for the strategic planning, construction, enhancement, maintenance, and governance of the firm’s AEM platform as well as many digital web properties and enterprise content delivery channels. In this role, you will design, develop requirements, modify, adapt, and implement short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems, and applications infrastructure. You will develop, review system requirements, and business processes with the delivery team. You will test and debug software solutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Campaign and the broader Adobe Experience ecosystem. This role will support both an existing backlog of enhancements and implementation work, as well as a major upgrade initiative moving from Adobe Campaign v7 to v8 within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This is a data‑heavy project, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data requirements into actionable specifications.

Key Projects

• Existing Backlog: Enhancements, implementation work, and ongoing operational needs.
• Adobe Campaign Upgrade: Migration from v7 to v8, including data mapping, validation, and integration support within AEP.

Top Required Skills

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience, including:
  • Requirements gathering
  • Sponsorship and stakeholder management
  • Writing detailed technical specifications
  • Strong Data Analysis skills, including gathering and documenting data requirements.
  • Hands‑on experience with Manual Testing and UAT, including test case creation and execution.
  • Deep experience with Adobe products, especially:
    • Adobe Campaign (most critical)
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Federated Audience Composition.
• Strong background in ETL and Data Modeling, with preference for candidates familiar with:
  • Informatica
  • SnapLogic
