We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the optimization of our business processes and enhance operational efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through various essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining processes for managing requirements and providing robust production support.
• Leading the analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of diverse reports and resource documents.
• Owning the Business Requirement Documents process to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
• Conducting thorough analyses of existing systems and recommending enhancements for improved solutions.
• Designing and implementing process improvements to elevate customer service and operational quality.
• Performing statistical analyses to assess challenges and develop solutions for complex problems.
• Conducting gap analysis and providing oversight to improve operational documentation.
• Acting as a liaison between business operations and systems teams for program implementation and maintenance.
• Communicating risks and issues effectively to management and the client.
• Monitoring business analysis activities to ensure tasks are executed as planned.
• Leading collaborative efforts within project teams and advising members to resolve issues.
• Providing support to senior operational staff and developing high-quality communications suitable for clients.
• Working closely with internal and external business partners to deliver impactful solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Analytical experience with provider policies and business process changes.
• 3+ years of Medicaid provider experience, particularly in provider enrollment.

Preferred Skills

• BABOK certification.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries.

Compensation

Our competitive salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, reflecting experience and contributions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
