Senior Business Analyst

About

Support the design and delivery of digital health solutions within the French healthcare ecosystem, ensuring regulatory compliance and translating business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable product requirements while working closely with business, technical, and compliance stakeholders in an agile environment.

Tasks

• Analyse regulatory documents and derive functional requirements
• Create and refine User Stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure consistency and completeness of user journeys
• Support delivery using generative AI tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in eHealth, HIS, or French Health Insurance / ANS (preferred)
• Strong understanding of interoperability, data security, and regulatory frameworks
• Solid Agile (Scrum) experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, etc.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompt design
