Responsibilities:
- Lead a team focused on Strategic IT Development Planning and Business Requirements Development.
- Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and TSA Managers to define business requirements, enhance information accessibility, and streamline reporting processes.
- Assist in maintaining and updating strategic documentation, including Program Increment Planning and Strategic IT Roadmaps.
- Conduct detailed cross-functional analyses of business processes and requirements mapping, including the development and tracking of Epics, Features, and Stories with associated acceptance criteria.
- Document, track, and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the maintenance and updating of business process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and briefing packages for various meetings and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role (prior experience with DHS or TSA is advantageous).
- BS/BA degree required.
- Must be able to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently, including scheduling, task management, and adhering to project milestones.
- Technical Proficiencies:
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Engineering Workflow Management System
- Advanced Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to senior leadership.

Salary:
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $125,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This estimate represents the typical salary range for the position and is a component of the total compensation package offered by RELI Group. We provide a comprehensive benefits package to our employees.
