Business Analyst

YOUR ROLE

You will play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives within a highly regulated and data-driven environment. You will act as a bridge between business and IT teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with regulatory, operational, and digitalization challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to capture and refine requirements
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, including business rules, regulatory constraints (KYC, AML, GDPR, CSSF), and system integrations
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to gather and challenge business needs in complex banking environments
• Translate business needs into clear deliverables: user stories, functional specifications, and high-level solution documents
• Work closely with Product Owners and Agile teams to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery
• Map and analyze end-to-end business processes (payments, onboarding, reporting, risk) and identify optimization opportunities
• Contribute to data-driven initiatives, ensuring data quality, traceability, and alignment with reporting requirements
• Support digital transformation programs (automation, APIs, cloud, AI-driven solutions)
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and governance frameworks

YOUR PROFILE

• University Degree, ideally in Computer Sciences with understanding of systems, data flows, and integration
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, insurance
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulatory environment (AML/KYC, GDPR, CSSF, MiFID)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact at all levels (business & IT)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to structure complex problems and propose pragmatic solutions
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong interest in digital transformation, data, and innovation topics (AI, automation, data analytics)
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Fluency in French and good command English are required
