Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a prestigious management consultancy firm, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their esteemed team in **Onitsha, Anambra**. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders at all levels. Develop detailed business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project proposals. Design and model business processes, workflows, and system requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews with clients and internal teams to elicit information and build consensus. Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements. Evaluate and recommend business solutions, considering technology, process, and organizational impact. Support the implementation of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on analysis and industry best practices. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of the firm's analytical capabilities. Ensure project deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or in a similar analytical role. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business projects for clients. Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering techniques, and project management methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives. Proficiency in data analysis tools and business process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, SQL). Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder relationships. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage individual responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to adapt to new industries and complex business challenges.
