About

The Client Lifecycle Management team is responsible for the product management of customer relationships across all customer segments.

To strengthen the Client Lifecycle Management team, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will take responsibility for the newly created specialist unit for dispatch instructions within an interdisciplinary team. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders within the bank and can demonstrate your experience and desire to shape things.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the correct mapping of customer dispatch instructions in the sales systems/CRM
  • Central point of contact for functional and system-related questions within the bank
  • Ensuring smooth operation, including processing fault reports
  • Optimizing and continuously developing processes, including coordinating technical implementation
  • Defining and implementing control frameworks to minimize risks
  • Conducting regular measurements and implementing measures to improve data quality
  • Participating in the further development of basic contracts and managing access and rights to various banking services

Your Profile

  • University or University of Applied Sciences degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Banking and Finance, or a similar field
  • Several years of professional experience in banking, experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer in a similar environment
  • Very good organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills, flexibility, and quick comprehension
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with different stakeholders
  • Open-minded, dedicated personality with team player qualities, a high degree of independence, self-motivation, and a solution-oriented approach
  • Very good German language skills
