Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Real Estate (IBM TRIRIGA)

In this role, you will support a modernization project with a focus on IBM TRIRIGA within Client's Enterprise Real Estate technology platform. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business needs into functional requirements while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership and guidance in defining business needs and problem statements.
• Offer expert input on TRIRIGA best practices to ensure scalable and supportable solutions.
• Lead business analysis to plan, elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
• Apply various requirements elicitation techniques to validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Document current-state processes and collaborate on future-state solutions leveraging TRIRIGA.
• Liaise between stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into requirements and design inputs.
• Identify and manage project issues, risks, and requirements-related impacts.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities, including test scenario development and UAT.

Mandatory Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with IBM TRIRIGA.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA in a real estate context.
• Proven experience with TRIRIGA modules like Capital Projects and Real Estate Administration.
• Deep understanding of real estate and facilities business processes.
• Experience working with complex, cross-functional stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including JIRA/Confluence.

Assignment Details

This is a contract position until October 30th, 2026, with the possibility of extension or conversion.

Start Date: ASAP

Assignment Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in the office.
