Key Responsibilities

• Support program leads in delivering strategic initiatives aligned with business goals
• Manage project plans, milestones, and RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
• Facilitate meetings, track actions, and maintain project documentation
• Contribute to operating model design, including current vs. target state analysis
• Support testing, change management, and approval processes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in banking (Front Office/Capital Markets preferred)
• Proven PMO + Business Analysis capabilities
• Expertise in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
• Experience in operating model design & testing
• Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint (SQL/VBA/Python is a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
