Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support complex healthcare initiatives within a public sector environment, with a strong focus on Long-Term Care systems, clinical applications, and health data platforms. This role requires deep expertise in business analysis, healthcare systems, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing business needs, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring the effective delivery and maintenance of healthcare technology solutions.

Must-Have Requirements (Strictly Required)

Public Sector & Healthcare Industry Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically supporting systems such as:
    • Long-Term Care (LTC) systems
    • Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
    • Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
    • Clinical Assessment tools
    • Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards (OHRS)-compliant systems
  • Proven experience working within a public sector environment
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements

Knowledge of Health Information Privacy Legislation

  • Knowledge of personal health information protection legislation
  • Understanding of how privacy regulations apply to:

Advanced Business Analysis Expertise

  • Extensive experience leading end-to-end business analysis activities, including:

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Ontario public sector healthcare environments

Compensation

  • Pay: $70.00‑$80.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 36.25 per week
