This position in Mississauga requires a skilled analyst with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, focusing on Contracts & Account Maintenance, Billing, and Accounts Receivable. You will lead testing initiatives, develop business requirements, and support enhancements for all finance-related operations. Your role will also involve training workshops and promoting continuous improvement across finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support long-term ERP roadmap for order to cash processes
- Manage all testing activities and develop test scripts
- Execute user acceptance testing and report defects
- Facilitate continuous improvement project teams
- Create training materials in collaboration with L&D team
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst
- Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detailed oriented with effective communication
- Knowledge in testing analytics is preferred
