Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join their IT department in Kaduna, Kaduna. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements for IT projects, ensuring that delivered solutions align with stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
• Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, analyzing current business processes, and identifying areas for improvement through technology.
• You will create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• This role also involves working closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation and testing of solutions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is essential.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Experience with business process modeling and data analysis is required.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques is a must.
