We are looking for a

Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

for one of our nationwide locations as soon as possible.

Your Area of Expertise

• Translating business goals into digital experiences
• Independent creation of detailed technical concepts for implementation
• Identification of optimization potential in existing platforms

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, training as an Application Developer, or comparable qualification
• Very good understanding of business processes and their mapping in IT systems
• Experience in the insurance sector and in working with external IT providers
• Relevant professional experience in software development
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of independent work
• Motivation to take responsibility and contribute own ideas
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
