What You Can Expect From Us

• You advise and support our customers in finding solutions within projects and/or complex issues.
• You take over the recording and analysis of requirements, derive a suitable target image of innovative solution concepts from them, and accompany the process until full delivery (end-to-end responsibility).
• You create and/or expand concepts for optimized support and automation of business processes.
• You are responsible for the organization and documentation of work packages and/or (sub)-projects, as well as moderation between IT and specialist departments.

• You speak fluent German and are proficient in English.
• You find it easy to develop needs-based solutions.
• You are interested in taking yourself and others to the next level.
• You are flexible in terms of time, location, and content regarding your area of deployment.
• You find it easy to convince and inspire others with your ideas and concepts.
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of Business Analysis, Project, Process, or Requirements Management. Ideally in the environment of banks, insurance companies, and/or the automotive industry.
• You have successfully completed your studies or training.
