For our attractive location in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen, we are looking for a (Senior) Business Analyst (m/f/d) starting immediately.

As a (Senior) Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will be a strategic sparring partner for Sales, Operations, Product, and Brand, creating transparency regarding performance, potential, and risks. You will analyze key KPIs, develop business cases, and provide data-based decision-making foundations. In close collaboration with Finance, you will drive planning, reporting, and the continuous development of control processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Business partnering for Sales, Operations, Product, and Brand to create transparency regarding performance, potential, and risks
• Development of business cases, profitability analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations to support entrepreneurial decisions
• Analysis and management of relevant KPIs, particularly revenue, gross profit, CAC, CLV, conversion, marketing efficiency, product profitability, as well as inventory, logistics, and service costs
• Preparation and commentary of monthly and quarterly reviews with a focus on deviations, drivers, risks, and concrete measures
• Close collaboration with Finance in planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management
• Further development of KPI structures and financial processes
• Support of strategic and operational projects at the interface of Finance and Business

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• 5+ years of professional experience in controlling, audit, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical role
• Strong understanding of numbers and enjoyment of dissecting economic contexts
• Structured, independent way of working and high implementation orientation
• Very good Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools or databases is an advantage
• IT affinity and interest in process automation
• Very good German and English skills
