This position is integral to understanding and optimizing our complex operational workflows and digital platforms. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable insights and technical specifications for our development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across various departments to identify areas for improvement, drive efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. This is a fully remote role, requiring excellent self‑management, communication, and collaboration skills to thrive in a virtual environment. Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop detailed functional and non‑functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes and systems.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, QA testers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Support the testing and deployment phases of projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business users.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in business analysis and digital transformation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting complex business requirements for software development projects.
- Expertise in business process modeling (BPMN) and requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working in a fully remote team environment is essential.
