Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Translate the offer scope into epics, user stories, process clarifications, and delivery-ready acceptance criteria across Salesforce and integration streams.

Role Summary

Bridge business requirements, delivery team execution, and backlog/acceptance management for the engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Run requirement clarification sessions with business and delivery teams
• Own story breakdown, backlog hygiene, and acceptance criteria definition
• Maintain traceability between BRD / process documents and delivery scope
• Support UAT planning, business walkthroughs, and sign-off coordination
• Assist with prioritization and day-to-day scope decisions

Must-Have Skills

• Strong BA / Product Owner capability in enterprise technology programs
• Excellent documentation and requirement decomposition skills
• Ability to work across business, Salesforce, integration, and QA teams
• Experience managing backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce delivery exposure
• Financial services / lending process knowledge
