POSITION INFO: Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Lead) with strong process modelling and finance domain expertise to support a large-scale transformation programme.

This role is business-focused (not SAP configuration) and will lead a small team of BAs while remaining hands-on in analysis, stakeholder engagement, and delivery. < hr data-start="1297" data-end="1300"> Key Responsibilities Leadership & Delivery • Lead and mentor a small team of Business Analysts on the programme • Define and drive the BA approach, standards, and delivery plan • Ensure quality and consistency across BA outputs

Business Analysis • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements sessions • Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements (BRDs, user stories, process flows) • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams

Process & Transformation • Document and analyse as-is and to-be business processes • Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities • Support business process optimisation aligned to transformation objectives

Testing, Training & Support • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Support business readiness, including training and documentation • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution

Required Experience & Skills • 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst • Proven experience in a Lead BA / Senior BA role • Strong process modelling and process improvement capability • Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes • Solid experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
