Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst ServiceNow, your main activities will be:
- Accompanying company management in developing their strategy for implementing the ServiceNow platform;
- Developing and optimizing functional and technical processes, in line with ServiceNow platform best practices;
- Supporting clients in their functional and technical choices around different ServiceNow modules;
- Optimizing operational processes, evaluating their maturity, and identifying and evaluating efficiency gains;
- Designing the most relevant technical and functional solutions while respecting best practices.
Qualifications
Profile:
- Master's degree from a business or engineering school:
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform in terms of architecture and technical implementation
- Practical experience in implementing ServiceNow products in one or more modules (ITSM, HR, CSM)
- Experience with distributed models, agile methodologies, and fixed-price engagements
- Ability to configure the ServiceNow platform
- You enjoy working in a team within a supportive work environment, while continuing to learn more.
