Responsibilities
- Responsibility for securities order processes or securities settlement, use and proactive expansion of business-specific expertise.
- Independent participation in cross-functional securities projects up to (partial) project management with high technical expertise along the entire value chain.
- Taking responsibility for the development of technical concepts; planning, analysis, and structuring of topics, as well as supporting the team through active knowledge transfer.
- Independent development of practical solutions for complex workflows, processes, and transactions related to IT processes and future technologies.
- Maintaining close communication and proactive networking with interface units and external partners.
Profile
- Completed studies in economics or IT, or comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience in the securities sector and proven project experience in strategic or regulatory initiatives.
- Sound product and process knowledge in securities processing, ideally supplemented by knowledge of securities processing back-office systems.
- Enthusiasm for digital trends and high technical affinity, including very good Excel skills, ideally supplemented by VBA skills, knowledge of executing SQL queries.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills, as well as a quick grasp of complex issues with an eye for the essentials.
- Above-average commitment, high dedication, initiative.
- Willingness to take responsibility and confidence in independent decision-making.
- Very independent, careful, and conscientious work style, confident demeanor, and competent and binding communication skills.
- Strong team spirit, flexibility, and openness to new things.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
