What awaits you with us

• Consulting in the context of digitalization projects in healthcare, with a focus on software, processes, and organization
• Project management including collection and documentation of methodological requirements
• Development of customer-specific IT solutions within the scope of digitalization initiatives
• Responsibility in classic and agile projects in various roles, such as (part-time) project manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Release Train Engineer
• Active shaping and further development of our consulting portfolio in the Healthcare industry

What you bring with you

• A successfully completed degree or many years of experience in IT projects in healthcare
• At least three years of experience with corresponding industry and specialist knowledge
• Experience in dealing with common methods and process models such as BPMN, Scrum, UML, Prince II, and PMI
• Knowledge of relevant IT technologies and products in healthcare
• Ideally, knowledge of current IT topics such as Cloud or Robotics
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as customer- and market-oriented thinking and acting
• Willingness to travel within Germany for projects
