Project

This position is a Senior Business Engineering/Business Analyst role in the digital end-to-end onboarding and product opening process of a bank. The goal is to completely redesign, optimize, and implement customer processes in the Digital Onboarding & Account/Product Opening area into IT.

Tasks

• Analysis, structuring, and evaluation of business requirements in the area of Digital Onboarding and Client Lifecycle
• Development and specification of Business Requirements (Features, User Stories, Business Specifications)
• Development and evaluation of solution approaches, considering economic efficiency, quality, and risks
• Active participation in agile implementation (Scrum/SAFe), including testing, acceptance, and rollout
• Support in application operations, including incident and defect analysis and solution troubleshooting
• Conducting and moderating workshops with stakeholders from Business, IT, and Architecture
• Close collaboration with Product Management, Business Engineering, DevOps, and IT Architecture
• Ensuring a consistent end-to-end understanding of customer processes (Onboarding, KYC, Product Closing)

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Engineering or comparable interface role between Business and IT
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of Client Onboarding, KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, or digital product closing in banking
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
• Very good skills in analysis, structuring, and conceptual work
• Experience in creating User Stories, Specifications, and Business Concepts
• Understanding of end-to-end banking processes and value flows
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in a DevOps team
• Close coordination with business units, product management, and IT
• High degree of personal responsibility in a complex, regulated banking environment
• Active shaping of digital customer experiences
