OKATIM seeks Senior Business Manager based in Madrid to develop Spanish market: outbound prospecting, opening new B2B accounts (services/consulting/IT/staffing), full sales cycle management and commercial strategy contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting (LinkedIn, cold call/email, networking) and opportunity qualification in Spain.
- New account opening & closing + client relationship development.
- Market/competitor analysis, value‑selling positioning.
- Internal delivery coordination + CRM/KPI reporting.
Required Profile
- Proven business dev/sales/hunting experience (ideal consulting, ESN, IT).
- Full sales cycle autonomy, fluent ES/EN.
- Spanish market knowledge, results‑driven/autonomous mindset.
