Your Responsibilities
- You act as a point of contact for our Finance department, taking on requirements for changes, extensions, and new projects and prioritizing them in coordination with the specialist department.
- You document the requirements and create corresponding specifications.
- You implement, test, and document corresponding SAP solutions.
- You act as a project manager for special projects, carry them out independently, and support the SAP rollout in our European subsidiaries as a project member.
- Furthermore, you proactively advise the specialist department on new solutions and optimizations, e.g., by benchmarking existing processes with best practice processes.
Your Profile
- You have ideally completed a degree in business informatics, information technology, or business administration with a focus on information technology, or alternatively an IT or Finance qualification with corresponding additional qualifications.
- You have several years of practical experience in these areas and possess excellent SAP knowledge in the FI/CO modules, as well as experience in the most important financial and controlling processes.
- You have project management experience and ideally possess knowledge in the application of methods and tools for process optimization, e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar.
- You also enjoy working independently, are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics, and have good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Furthermore, you have very good communication skills in an international environment, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- A high degree of initiative, reliability, and customer orientation characterize you, and you are also assertive.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile; German language skills are a plus.
