Business Systems Analyst with Property and Casualty insurance domain and Guidewire
Responsibilities
- P&C insurance domain knowledge, including policy, billing, claims, underwriting, and lifecycle processes.
- Guidewire product knowledge: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation
- SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting support.
- Agile/Scrum collaboration, user story writing, sprint support, and UAT coordination.
- Stakeholder communication across business, QA, development, and production support teams.
- Data analysis, reconciliation, and integration awareness, especially where Guidewire connects to downstream systems.
