A pharmaceutical company is building and improving their Supply Chain and Financial Systems. They are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with good knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain areas to join their team.
Sitting as the bridge between the Business and IT, this role will work with key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing and Quality and will gather business needs and translate to IT systems. The right candidate will be an experienced (Senior) ERP Analyst or IT Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with good business process understanding for Supply Chain / Finance areas and experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or Medical industry.
Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: requirements gathering and translation to IT systems for Finance and Supply Chain areas
- Lead and deliver system improvements for the Oracle ERP system and related Business applications and systems
- Deliver projects to implement new features and functionality and improve the ERP system and key processes, in particular compliance and documentation requirements for the pharmaceutical sector
Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis and IT systems experience and ability to engineer business requirements and translate to IT systems
- Knowledge of key processes e.g. Supply Chain and Finance
- ERP System support and improvement experience, e.g. Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, D365, Infor, QAD or similar
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Good communication skills in English
