Unlock potential as a Senior Business Systems Analyst in a hybrid environment. Lead key IT initiatives involving system upgrades, data analytics, and team collaboration for impactful outcomes.
In this 15-month contract role, you will focus on meeting the daily needs of various teams by analyzing IT requirements and facilitating system enhancements. Collaborate with development teams to solidify project deliverables and manage testing plans effectively. In addition, you will mentor junior analysts, ensuring knowledge transfer and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison for business units' needs
- Review and analyze IT requirements thoroughly
- Partner with development for deliverable finalization
- Develop internal testing strategies as needed
- Assist with ongoing support post-implementation
Requirements
- Degree in IT or Business Analysis expected
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with JAVA applications and Oracle database
- Skills in SharePoint, Visio, SQL valued
- Strong time and project management skills necessary
