C#/Python Developer w/ AI experience

Job Summary

Our client is in search of a C#/Python Developer w/ AI experience to join their team. This is a 100% remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

Web Development Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Implement user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that are intuitive and accessible.
• Integrate backend services and APIs to support web application functionality.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices.

AI Integration & Development:

• Build and integrate AI-powered features into web applications and enterprise tools (intelligent search, document generation, chat interfaces, automated workflows).
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering to deliver natural language experiences.
• Integrate with AI/ML APIs and SDKs.
• Build backend services in Python and/or Node.js supporting AI workloads including data preprocessing, embedding generation, model inference.
• Review and refine AI-generated code for production quality, security, and architectural consistency.
• Evaluate AI models and approaches based on cost, latency, accuracy, and use case fit.

C# Developer Core Stack (Primary):

• Backend: .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: Blazor, React, or Angular
• Cloud & Mobile: Microsoft Azure, .NET MAUI
• DevOps CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker

Python Developer Core Stack:

• Backend: Python libraries and FastAPI
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• LLM: Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API
• Embeddings: FAISS, SentenceTransformers
• Data Processing: NumPy, Pandas
• Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow

General Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-call rotation to maintain the ticket queue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Perform debugging, testing, and deployment of developed solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development and AI.

Deliverables

• Develop and maintain fully functional and tested web applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities to enhance performance and features.
• Utilize DevOps pipelines and Azure cloud services for efficient deployment and management.
• Documentation for developed features, APIs, and AI models.
• Deployment-ready solutions with clear instructions for maintenance and scalability.
