What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and execute data‑driven marketing campaigns
- Translate insights into clear messaging, targeting, and KPIs
- Coordinate stakeholders across content, channel, and regions
- Manage multiple campaigns with strong focus and oversight
- Optimize performance through data and A/B testing
- Own campaign budgets and planning
- Present results and drive continuous improvement
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management within marketing (essential)
- Experienced in running multiple end‑to‑end, multi‑channel marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Data‑driven and results‑oriented, with strong experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Confident in presenting to stakeholders and clearly communicating insights and results
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across teams and regions
- Structured, proactive, and able to maintain overview in a complex environment
- Comfortable working in an international organization
- Fluent in English (Dutch & German is a plus)

- Gross monthly salary between €5,000 and €6,000 based on 40 hours, depending on experience

Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in campaign management within marketing (this is essential)
- You are experienced in running multiple end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns at the same time
- You are data-driven and results-oriented, with strong experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
- You are confident in presenting to stakeholders and can clearly communicate insights and results
- You excel in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams and regions
- You are structured, proactive, and able to maintain overview in a complex environment
- You are comfortable working in an international organization
- You are fluent in English (Dutch & German is a plus)
