Who we need

Are you a passionate digital marketing professional who wants to take real ownership of high-impact campaigns for the world’s leading studios and streaming platforms – and help shape how we work at scale?

We’re scaling our International Campaigns Team – and this is your opportunity to play a leading role on US accounts and beyond, working alongside major players like Universal Pictures and Paramount. At JustWatch, you’ll drive strategy, set the standard, and help build a team and ways of working you’re proud of.

What will you be doing

  • 🚀 Manage digital campaigns end-to-end – from planning and setup through to launch and performance analysis – using our proprietary internal tools.
  • 🎬 Work on an exciting range of content – from indie films to major blockbusters and global series launches.
  • 📊 Define media strategies and plan budgets – you’ll decide how and where to invest for maximum impact, and be accountable for your results.
  • 🧠 Experiment and optimise – bring new ideas to improve campaign performance and tooling, and actively contribute to how the team evolves.
  • 🤝 Collaborate closely with our Sales and Business Intelligence teams to deliver strong campaign results and contribute to how we work together.
  • 🗨️ Serve as the main point of contact for clients and agencies – managing relationships with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of ownership.

What we need from you

  • 💼 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid online marketing, with a strong track record of owning strategy and delivering results independently.
  • 🛠️ Deep expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Google Display Network, TikTok, and Google Analytics – and the ability to evaluate and adopt new platforms quickly.
  • ✋ A hands-on mindset – you take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • 💬 Professional and articulate communication skills – especially when dealing with clients.
  • 🧠 A strategic thinker who spots patterns, improves processes, and can translate complex data into clear decisions.
  • 🗣️ Excellent English skills – ideally native or near-native, as you’ll be focusing on US campaigns.
  • 🎯 A results-driven approach with a genuine sense of accountability – you own your outcomes, learn from mistakes, and push for continuous improvement.
  • 📍 You’re already based in Berlin, have the right to work in Germany, and are comfortable working across international time zones, particularly with US-based clients and colleagues.
