Become part of our team and shape demanding projects in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the process engineering planning and implementation of process plants – from the initial idea to successful commissioning.

You will work in interdisciplinary project teams and be an important point of contact for technical issues, both internally and with the client.

Your New Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of process engineering processes across all project phases
• Responsibility for Process Design and coordination of all relevant stakeholders (clients, suppliers, internal teams)
• Execution or management of engineering activities from the concept phase to commissioning and, if applicable, qualification
• Analysis and solution of complex technical issues
• Interface management with plant engineering and other specialist areas
• Support of project management (e.g., bid phase, cost calculation, reporting)

Show Your Competencies

• Completed degree (BSc/MSc) in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or comparable
• Experience in the process or pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of relevant industry standards and GMP guidelines
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in engineering or consulting projects
• Very good German and good English skills
• Analytical mindset, high initiative, and teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, even in demanding project situations
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Switzerland
