Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking for a Senior Civil Engineer and Civil Engineer to manage and develop their office in Kempton Park and Alberton. This is a significant opportunity for a Civil Engineer with a strong background in the design and leadership to take on a pivotal role within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Management: Oversee all contractual and commercial activities.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage project resources and deliverables
- Business Development: Develop and expand the portfolio of work for Kempton Park office
- Relationship Building: Identify and establish relationships with key partners and suppliers.
- Team Development: Recruit and develop appropriate skills within the team.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Senior Civil Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc., B.Eng., B.Tech (Civil) Engineering or a similar qualification.
- Registered with ECSA or SACPCMP.
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering services design and structural design.
- Extensive experience working within both the public and private sectors.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects from conception to completion.
Civil Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant registration or eligibility for registration is advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering design.
- Experience in infrastructure projects, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under supervision.
