Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Civil Engineer. The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, designing and planning site layouts, and managing stormwater systems. The position involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality, buildable solutions that meet industry standards and satisfy project requirements. The role also includes problem-solving and contributing to the development of smarter, stronger designs that align with co-elevate’s values.

Qualifications • Expertise in Civil Engineering Design with a strong focus on practical and buildable solutions • Comprehensive experience in Civil Engineering with the ability to manage and execute complex projects • Proficient in Planning, including site layouts and project coordination • Knowledge of Stormwater Management and associated environmental considerations • Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation or equivalent is preferred • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team setting
