About the Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager, you will join a multidisciplinary team delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects across sectors such as transportation, building construction, utilities, and industrial environments. You will work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment with a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to contribute ideas that shape project outcomes. This role offers the chance to take ownership of projects while working closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and take ownership of infrastructure projects across planning and execution phases
- Contribute to project planning, feasibility assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with quality and regulatory standards
- Coordinate project activities, workflows, and resources in line with internal processes
- Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation
- Lead and support project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and development
- Promote a strong safety culture through proactive engagement, training, and best practices
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the project lifecycle

Your Profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience in infrastructure or construction project delivery (e.g. transport, utilities, buildings, or industrial projects)
- Strong understanding of project management, budgeting, and planning processes
- Technical awareness of construction methods and site operations
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a project environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum B2 level German
