Infinitek is partnering with a leading civil construction and infrastructure contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager for a major opportunity based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

This position is ideal for a driven construction professional with a strong background delivering large-scale civil projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing complex project execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage construction schedules while ensuring all environmental and safety requirements are met
• Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and contract compliance
• Lead client meetings and resolve project, design, and construction-related challenges
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project teams
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved engineering designs and specifications
• Prepare and manage progress claims, invoicing, and project reporting

Candidate Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience managing large civil construction projects
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• P.Eng designation preferred
• P.Tech certification required
• PMP certification considered an asset
• Strong commercial awareness, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel
• Full professional proficiency in English
