Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer – Team Lead. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of engineers and oversee all aspects of civil and structural engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include performing structural analysis and design, creating detailed engineering calculations, and ensuring project completion within budget and time constraints. You will liaise with clients, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure that projects comply with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you will be accountable for mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications • Strong expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals • Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering principles • Experience in Project Management, including budgeting, planning, and team coordination • Proven ability to manage a team, mentor junior staff, and oversee multiple projects • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations in structural engineering • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • Professional engineering licensure or certification is an advantage • Proficiency with design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or similar tools is desirable
