We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Retention Success Manager to manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reducing churn, enhancing client experience, and driving retention strategies. • *Key Responsibilities** • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support • Develop and implement effective client retention strategies • Monitor client health and proactively address concerns or risks • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where relevant • Track client feedback and work towards continuous improvement • Maintain records of client interactions and retention metrics • *Requirements** • Minimum 5 years of experience in client retention, account management, or customer success roles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities • Experience handling international clients (preferably US-based) is an advantage • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • *Working Details** • **Shift Timing:** 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM (US Shift – Onsite) • **Working Days:** 5 days a week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
