Senior Software Developer (.NET / Azure) – OPS Contract

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: Contract

About
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (10+ years experience) to support development and modernization of the Fiscal IQ financial planning and performance management system for the Ministry of Health.

Responsibilities

Design and develop software modules using .NET Framework, ASP.NET (Web Forms & MVC)
Identify system gaps and implement remediation solutions
Support Azure cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Develop REST APIs and enterprise integrations
Create reporting solutions using Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SSRS
Provide system maintenance, operational support, and documentation

Required Skills

C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, DevExpress
MS SQL Server and relational database development
Azure Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
REST APIs, JSON, XML
Azure DevOps / CI‑CD pipelines
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / AODA accessibility standards

Nice to Have

Public sector or Ministry of Health project experience
Experience with Azure cloud, Docker, Kubernetes
