Requirements

7–10 years of AWS cloud engineering experience
Strong expertise in AWS IAM, Identity Center (SSO), and Active Directory
Hands-on with AD integration (Managed Microsoft AD, AD Connector, hybrid setups)
Experience designing multi‑account AWS identity using Organizations & SCPs
Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, Kerberos, federated identity
IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for IAM & directory services
Experience securing EKS using IRSA and OIDC
Knowledge of AWS security tooling (CloudTrail, IAM Access Analyzer, GuardDuty)
Led or contributed to identity migrations / directory modernization
Comfortable collaborating with clients and security stakeholders
Experience with compliance-driven environments (SOC2 / ISO preferred)
AWS Security / SA Pro or similar certs are a plus
