Your Tasks

• Operation and further development of our Azure tenants, including security (policies, RBAC, monitoring, security posture)
• Responsibility for Entra ID / Azure AD and Identity Access Management
• Integration of identity providers, including basic on-prem AD understanding
• Implementation of security baselines (Conditional Access, MFA, Monitoring)
• Automation with shell scripts and/or Ansible
• Operation and coordination of DevOps tools (Git, build server, Docker)
• Ensuring the interplay of Linux, Cloud, and automation
• Taking over service ownership, including technological further development

Your Profile

Must-haves:

• Education: You have a degree in computer science (or business informatics) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
• Azure Expertise: You have profound experience in Azure and Cloud Security.
• Identity Know-how: You have very good knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, including administration of multiple tenants.
• DevOps Experience: You are comfortable with DevOps environments.
• Automation: You are experienced with Shell/Ansible and the standardization of runbooks.
• Security Understanding: You have basic security knowledge in M365 and Azure.
• Team Spirit: You enjoy working in a team, are very reliable, and have a strong commitment.
• Communication: You communicate confidently in German and English.

Nice-to-haves:

• Hybrid Identities: You may already have initial experience with AD Hybrid Identity setups (AAD Connect/Cloud Sync).
• Auth Standards: You have basic knowledge of LDAP, SAML, and SSO for SaaS integrations.
• Web Servers: You are familiar with Apache, TLS, proxies, and certificate management.
• ISMS: You may already have experience in information security, including the further development of processes, documentation, concepts, and projects.
• Cloud Design: You have an understanding of cloud architectures and security-by-design principles.
• AI Interest: You are curious and open to AI use cases in a corporate context.
