Responsibilities

Power Platform and Copilot Architecture:

• Design, evaluation, and implementation of modern Power Platform architectures (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)
• Conception of scalable enterprise solutions, including environment, security, and governance concepts
• Architecture of Copilot Studio Agents (Conversational and Action Agents) for automating business processes, self-services, and assistance systems
• Integration of Copilot and AI functions into business applications (e.g., process copilots, departmental assistants)

Integration and Azure Backend:

• Design of hybrid low-code / pro-code architectures
• Connection of external systems via Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus
• Utilization of Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI to extend Power Platform solutions
• Ensuring scalability, performance, and operation according to Azure best practices

Governance, Security, and ALM:

• Building and further developing Power Platform governance models (environments, DLP, roles, license models)
• Implementation of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including Dev/Test/Prod strategies
• Definition of security and compliance concepts (Entra ID, RBAC, Dataverse Security, Secrets)
• Consulting on enterprise readiness of the Power Platform

Consulting and Enablement:

• Translation of business requirements into viable Power Platform and Copilot architectures
• Conducting workshops, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concepts
• Sparring partner for business departments, IT, security, and management
• Coaching of developers and consultants in the Power Platform and Copilot environment

Pre-Sales and Innovation:

• Support in pre-sales (solution sketches, effort estimations, demos)
• Development of use-case-based Copilot and Power Platform offerings
• Active co-shaping of our Power Platform & AI portfolio

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Several years of experience (3-5+ years) in the architecture and implementation of Microsoft solutions
• Solid practical experience with Power Platform in enterprise or consulting contexts
• Experience in combining low-code and Azure services
• Very good knowledge of: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud and possibly Desktop), Dataverse (data modeling, security, performance), and Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
• Azure know-how: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Entra ID, Azure Security, Key Vault
• Understanding of ALM, CI/CD, and governance
• Proficient in enterprise architecture principles
• Very good communication skills in German (C1/C2) and English

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in combining low-code and Azure services, as well as with scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs
• Structured evaluation of solutions regarding economic efficiency and sustainability
• Enjoyment of new technologies like Copilots and Agents
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively drive topics forward
