In the Management Advisory division, you will support our clients in the digital transformation of their business processes. As a Cloud Solution Architect (w/m/d), you will develop innovative cloud and data platform solutions based on Microsoft Azure that meet both strategic and regulatory requirements. You will act as a technical thought leader, combining modern technologies with the requirements of auditing and consulting. Terms like governance and compliance are not buzzwords for you, but the foundation for clean IT infrastructure. Your Responsibilities

• You develop scalable and secure cloud architectures with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and business value.
• You plan and support the implementation of cloud solutions, both conceptually and hands-on in a consulting environment.
• You work closely with stakeholders in the security area to integrate requirements from the Information Security Management System (ISMS) into the architecture.
• You ensure that data protection and regulatory requirements are met.
• You coordinate with Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), central IT teams, and interdisciplinary teams from consulting, IT, and business units.
• You analyze and support the technological implementation of transformation projects and have an understanding of business processes and digitalization.

Your Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in the architecture of cloud solutions, ideally in a consulting or regulated environment.
• You have sound knowledge of Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security), CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure Bicep/ARM, Terraform), as well as Governance, Policy (e.g., Azure Policy), and Identity topics (Microsoft Entra ID).
• You have experience in planning and executing PoCs as well as in creating technical concepts and architectural decisions.
• You understand customer requirements regarding business value, technology, governance, and strategic decision support.
• You communicate complex technical content understandably for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You successfully collaborate with various stakeholders on architecture, governance, security, compliance, and data protection topics.
• You are a responsible team player with a passion for innovation, very good German and English skills, and basic willingness to travel.
• Ideally, you have additional experience with cloud-based AI solutions, Modern Data Stack components, Lakehouse/Data Warehouse architectures, as well as knowledge in Kubernetes, containerization, observability, and the automation of security policies.
