This role is situated within the Managed Cloud and Workspace team, providing critical technical support for cloud technologies and managing customer expectations. By implementing security measures and participating in development projects, your contributions will ensure optimal service delivery and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective cloud support to enterprise clients
• Organize and assist in maintenance reviews
• Support the allocation of maintenance tasks across the team
• Perform evaluations and root cause analyses post-incident
• Collaborate closely with management on operational improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior technical roles
• Experience in Managed Services Provider environments
• Proficient in VMware and cloud infrastructure
• Advanced understanding of scripting and networking
• Preferred qualifications in Computer Science or related fields
