Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of Cisco Collaboration integration projects (on-premise and cloud) – including telephony, video systems, and contact center solutions
• Ongoing support and consulting for clients in the Cisco Collaboration environment and with selected 3rd-party products
• Participation in the on-call rotation to react quickly to critical incidents
• Ongoing maintenance of internal and external documentation
• Support and further development of our internal lab systems for tests and proof-of-concepts
• Planning and implementation of AI agents for continuous optimization of business operations

Optional: Experience with Splunk, Cisco Security products, software development/scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python), or in a DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• Completed relevant vocational training or sound technical knowledge in the areas of collaboration, network, or security (preferably Cisco)
• Practical experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies (Webex, Unified Communications, Contact Center)
• Cisco Collaboration certifications are a plus, but not a requirement
• High willingness to learn and interest in continuous professional development
• Confident demeanor and enjoyment of teamwork and customer communication
• Fluent German and English

Compensation Package

We offer a gross annual salary starting from €70,000 as well as a company car for private use. Overpayment is possible with corresponding qualifications and experience.
