Senior Community Program Manager

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Community Program Manager to lead and develop impactful community initiatives. This role is dedicated to fostering strong relationships within the community, designing and implementing programs that address social needs, and mobilizing resources to support community development. You will be responsible for overseeing program planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring that initiatives align with organizational goals and have a measurable positive impact. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of community dynamics, social issues, and best practices in program management within the non-profit or social sector. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are paramount.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and community leaders. You will manage program budgets, secure funding through grant writing and fundraising efforts, and lead a team of program staff and volunteers. The ability to design and deliver engaging community outreach activities, workshops, and events is crucial. You will also be responsible for monitoring program outcomes, collecting data, and reporting on progress to stakeholders and funders.
